Charged at 5:33 p.m. with moving from lane unsafely following investigation of a three vehicle accident on East Main Street. He was issued traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Saturday, April 15

John Doe, 34, Gouverneur

Mental health arrest at 11 p.m. as result of a mental health pick up order and transported to Claxton Hepburn Medical Center for evaluation.

Sunday, April 16

Philip D. Roberts, 34, Richville

Charged at 5:13 p.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle on East Main Street. He issued traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Monday, April 17

Christina L. Fifield, 30, Gouverneur

Arrested at 2:15 p.m. at the Gouverneur Police Department and charged with second-degree criminal contempt as result of ongoing investigation of an April 3 incident at her residence. She was previously charged with endangering the welfare of a child on April 12 for the same incident. Fifield is alleged to have violated a St. Lawrence County Family Court order of protection requiring her to not commit any crimes against the child victim. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Cheryl E. Tardif, 35, Gouverneur

Arrested at 4:08 p.m. at 224 Quarry Rd. and charged with petit larceny. On March 28Tardif is alleged to have shoplifted anti-diarrheal caplets valued at $8.99 and a Revlon lipstick valued at $8.49 from the Kinney Drugs Store located at 17 Clinton St. Subject released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Tuesday, April 18

Ronald J. Hartle, 70, Gouverneur

Charged at 1:15 p.m. with speed in zone (42/30) following a traffic stop on William Street. Subject was issued a traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Danny A. Durham, 63, Gouverneur

Charged at 3:41 p.m. for speed in zone (42/30) and inadequate/no stop lamps on West Barney Street. Subject was issued a traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

April L. Labow, 41, Gouverneur

Charged at 3:54 p.m. for speed in zone (52/30) on West Barney Street. She was issued a traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Arrested at 11:55 a.m. at the Gouverneur Police Department and charged with public lewdness following a police investigation of an April 14 incident. Subject is alleged to have intentionally exposed his private parts while inside his parked vehicle at the Dollar Tree parking lot and could readily be observed by the public. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Christina L. Fifield, 30, Gouverneur

Arrested at 10:21 a.m. and charged with disobeying traffic control device and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle third degree on West Main Street. She was issued traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Gordon N. Gardner, 34, Gouverneur

Charged at 5:18 p.m. for failure to yield the right of way entering a roadway following investigation of a property-damage motor vehicle accident on West Main St. Subject issued a traffic summons returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.

Gregory R. Fifield, 30, Gouverneu

Arrested at 6:11 p.m. and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation without an ignition interlock device on Depot Street. He was found to be operating a 2003 Dodge pickup truck knowing his New York State operating privilege was revoked and has a restriction requirement for ignition interlock. He was released on traffic tickets returnable to the Gouverneur Town Court.
