EDWARDS – A Gouverneur man was arrested following a reported domestic dispute in front of two small children on Thursday afternoon, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Benjamin D. Facey, 22, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, two-counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment, officers said.
Deputies allege that Facey pushed the victim against a wall and restrained her and refused to let her go.
He was arraigned in Fowler Town Court by Judge Lamson and released under the supervision of probation, officers said.
Deputies said a no harass order of protection was issued for the victim.
