GOUVERNEUR – St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Gouverneur man Sunday after he allegedly drove his car into the rear of his wife’s parked car with an 11 and 12 year old child in the vehicle with him.
Jeffrey L. Alguire, 41, 116 Park St., Gouverneur, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 10:10 p.m.
He was arraigned in Town of Hermon Court and released to reappear on Aug. 30 in DeKalb Town Court.
An order of protection was issued by the court.
