GOUVERNEUR -- Travis N. Cole, 24, of Gouverneur, was arrested Friday by state police who charged him with third-degree burglary after he allegedly broke into a shed at 1599 US Highway 11, Lot 24 in Gouverneur, and stole a generator.
Cole, a parolee, was arraigned in the Town of Fowler Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
