STOCKHOLM -- A Fort Jackson man was charged with endangering the welfare of a mentally incompetent person Friday.
Kenneth J. Snyder, 33, was charged with endangering a mentally incompetent person follwing an investigation, according to state police.
In March of 2013 Snyder allegedly presented a 17 year old special needs female with a lewd image and attempted to solicit sexual intercourse from her, police said.
Snyder was issued an appearance ticket, police said.
