RUSSELL — The voters of the Edwards-Knox Central School District approved a $4.3 million capital project Tuesday.
The project easily was approved with 119 yes votes to 16 no votes, according to school officials.
According to a WWNY article, the project includes installing new pool tiles, renovating bathrooms and replacing boilers.
