CANTON – Canton-based state police say they arrested a man Wednesday afternoon for felony identity theft stemming from an investigation that began Nov. 2, 2012.
Matthew L. Gussow, 28, Pomona, was charged with first-degree identity theft at the state police station at 49 ½ Court St. at 1:20 p.m., troopers said.
He was released to a third party and will answer the charged at a later date, officers said.
