STOCKHOLM — A Brasher Falls man was charged with driving while intoxicated Sunday morning following a property-damage accident on State Highway 11C, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Kyle J. Clark, 23, was charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and speed not reasonable, officers said.
Clark had a blood-alcohol content of .15 percent, deputies said.
He was released on appearance tickets.
Deputies were assisted on scene by state police, Tri-town Rescue and Brasher-Winthrop Fire.
No injuries were reported.
