OGDENSBURG – Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center's Performance Improvement (PI) Committee recently implemented an employee recognition program called "PI High 5 Award Recognition Program."

The Program enables employees, regardless of rank in the organization, to nominate other employees whom they feel have gone the extra mile, are always willing to assist others no matter what, put forward and promote ideas for improvement, or are always professional and demonstrate a positive attitude.

All nominees receive a certificate of recognition and the winner receives one month of preferred parking at Claxton-Hepburn. In April, thirteen employees and the Renal Center staff were nominated and Tanya Cook from respiratory therapy won the drawing for the premium parking space.
