Two charged with DWI in Potsdam

POTSDAM – Two motorists were arrested for drunk driving this weekend, according to village police.
Brandon M. Szabo, 18, Norwood, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and inadequate tail lamps at 1:08 a.m. Sunday on Pine Street. Police said his blood alcohol content was .2 percent, more than twice the .08 percent threshold for DWI.
At 10:49 p.m. Saturday, Mark D. Secko, 20, Shoreham, was charged with DWI and failure to signal while turning from Maple Street onto Clarkson Avenue, police said. His blood alcohol content was .12 percent, police said.
