Gouverneur residents arrested for assault, Richville man with harassment, O'burg teen with disorderly conduct

Two Gouverneur residents have been arrested for assault, a Richville man for harassment and an Ogdensburg teen for disorderly conduct, according to state police.
Police charged Eric Graham, 26, Gouverneur, and Jessica K. Brown, 18, Gouverneur, with third degree assault and second degree criminal trespassing on Tuesday in connection with an incident in Fowler reported at 11:37 p.m. Monday.
Police arrested Kenny W. Roberts, 20, Richville, with misapplication of property and aggravated harassment second degree after responding to a report of stolen property in Macomb shortly before 1:06 p.m. Tuesday.
Katelyn V. Perretta, 18, Morristown, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise in connection with a loud party reported to police on Oct. 31
