Teens charged with shoplifting in Potsdam, Hogansburg woman with driving without license

Two teenagers have been charged with shoplifting at the Potsdam Walmart and a Hogansburg resident has been arrested for driving without a license, according to state police.
Police charged Shawna B. Bender, 18, Chase Mills, and Vanessa M. Hanna, 19, Potsdam, with petit larceny at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday.
At 11:20 a.m. Tuesday, police charged Lesley A. Fountain, 26, Hogansburg, with aggravated unlicensed operation third degree and operating a motor vehicle without a license on NYS Hwy. 37 in Massena.
