No injuries reported following crash in Oswegatchie

OSWEGATCHIE -- No injuries were reported Thursday following a one-vehicle property-damage accident on the Haggert Road, according to state police.
Police were notified of the crash near the intersection with the Stone Church Road at 4:46 p.m. Driver was Jennifer I. Smithers, 33, Ogdensburg.
No tickets were issued, police said.
