Massena teen, Ogdensburg man arrested

A Massena teen was arrested for criminal mischief and an Ogdensburg man for criminal impersonation on Tuesday, according to state police.
Jesse A. Mashaw, 18, Massena, was arrested at 1761 NYS Hwy. 420 in Norfolk at 5:10 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief-intent to damage property in connection with an incident reported at 11:05 a.m.
Marc C. Morley, 30, Ogdensburg, was charged with second degree criminal impersonation and third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 4:35 pm. On County Route 6 in Oswegatchie, police said.
