Man arrested for yelling obscenities at Canton-Potsdam Hospital staff trying to treat him

POTSDAM – A Potsdam man was charged with disorderly conduct early this morning for allegedly yelling obscenities to staff trying to treat him at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, according to village police.

Police charged Mustapha Hanouf, 45, at 2:20 a.m. after they were called to the CPH emergency department because he was acting in a “disorderly manner” and yelling obscenities at staff, police said.
