SUNY Canton freshman arrested for allegedly having sex with 15-year-old girl

CANTON – A SUNY Canton freshman has been arrested for allegedly having sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl earlier this year.
According to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies, Jordan P. Serviss, 18, of 296 Brewer Rd., Canton, was charged Monday with two counts of sexual misconduct and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
Deputies allege he engaged in sexual intercourse and oral sexual conduct with the girl at his home.
Serviss was arraigned before Canton town Justice William Maginn and released on his own recognizance. He is to reappear in court on Nov. 18, deputies said.
