Clarkson volleyball team pulls out of game due to widespread illness

POTSDAM -- Due to team illness, the Clarkson University Volleyball team had no choice but to pull out of Regional Challenge, held at Ithaca College this weekend.
With several players suffering from flu-like symptoms, the Golden Knights' coaching staff waited as long as possible to see if the team could still compete in the tournament at Ithaca.
But concerns over the illnesses made it a logical choice not to participate, Clarkson University Athletics said.
