Teen jailed for trespassing, pot possession in Heuvelton

HEUVELTON – A North Carolina teen was jailed early today after he was arrested for trespassing and pot possession, according to state police.
Police charged Joshua J Eustis, 18, Raleigh, NC, with criminal trespass third degree and unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:34 a.m. after he allegedly unlawfully entered an outbuilding owned by William Hitchcock 59, of Heuvelton.
Eustis was arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court and taken to St Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, or $10,000 bail bond, police said.
