Richville, Potsdam, Norfolk residents arrested on variety of charges

A Richville man has been charged with disorderly conduct, a Potsdam teen with criminal possession of a weapon and a Norfolk man with forcible touching, according to state police.
Police charged Michael S. Young, 17, Richville, with disorderly conduct Thursday in connection with an incident in Hermon reported on Aug. 19.
Mark J. Borden, 19, Potsdam, was arrested on NYS Hwy. 11 in Gouverneur at 10:17 p.m. Thursday for criminal possession of marijuana fourth degree-more than two ounces, and criminal possession of a weapon fourth degree.
Police charged Cena Hadzovic, 43, Norfolk, with forcible touching at 11:55 a.m. Thursday in connection with an incident reported on Oct. 4, police said.
