Madrid man charged with pot possession in Stockholm

STOCKHOLM – A Madrid man was charged with pot possession early Sunday morning, according to state police.

Police charged James E. Vallance, 53, with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:15 a.m. on US Hwy. 11 near the McCarthy Road.
