For those of you that have not heard of Zumba or been bitten by the Zumba bug, you must give it a try. I'll admit I had a little difficulty because I am one of the "uncoordinated" ones but it gets easier as you do it and is so much fun.
I was talked into trying one of Stephanie Houle's Zumba classes at Fabulously Fit Studio a few months ago and have been hooked ever since. The only thing I don't like is that my clothes are getting baggy and now I need to go shopping for smaller sizes.
In all seriousness I urge you to stop by and check out one of Stephanie's classes. She is a certified Zumba instructor and is absolutely fantastic at what she does. Fabulous Fit Studio is now downtown next to the post office.
