To the Editor:
I was going over Edwards-Knox Central Schools contracts online and noticed you could get the teachers, labor workers, principles and superintendent of schools; but could not get the building and grounds (Mr. Daniels) or bus garage head transportation (Mr. Weston).
I contacted the superintendent who responded that Mr. Daniels does not have a "contract" but a "benefits agreement" requires the person to come in and sign for the document.
They told me they have up to 5 days to either accept my request or deny, and may have a copy fee.
Why is this so much more harder to get a copy than every other employee at school, what is hidden in it and why does he seem to be the only one have a "Benefits Contract" over every other employee?
