To the Editor:
I would like to echo the thoughts “Former Parade Organizer Praises New Committee,” in the July 9-15 edition about the Norwood Fourth of July parade.
Knowing the new committee members and their vision for this parade, all was fulfilled and the community of Norwood continued the tradition as in the past.
I hope that the community will continue to support this important event and also support the Norwood Fire Department.
If communities didn’t have volunteers and organizers of events, things would not get done.
Again hearty congratulations to all involved.
