This letter is addressed to the Village of Massena residents in regards to village code changes.
Sept. 19 will be the first reading of changes of the village codes that will impact the residents and businesses of the Village of Massena.
As a resident of Massena I am concerned and have many questions regarding these changes
These are the areas that the Village Trustees are reviewing for change: Rubbish removable, standing water, firearms (sparklers), open burning, housing code, sewers, recycles, grass trimmings, branches removable, refuse containers maintenance, refuse collection — bulky waste during annual spring clean up, streets and sidewalks, signage, parking, nuisances cats, etc.

I urge the residents to review these possible code changes and voice concerns to village trustees and/or attend Sept. 19.
