To the Editor:
It has come to my attention that Robert Haggett of Norwood has given up the project of the annul Fourth of July parade at Norwood. This letter is to thank him for his efforts in making it one of the top parades in the North Country each summer.
It was a pleasure to work with him and serve as a firemen’s parade official at two of the parades.
I hope that his successors will have the same success that he did in forming the parade, choosing a theme, and carrying out this institution in the community of Norwood.
