The Northern New York Chapter of SOAR, Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees, held our political endorsement meeting Sept. 29, and recommend that our members support the following list of candidates on Nov. 8, 2016
We make endorsements based on how candidates best represent the issues of retirees and labor, Social Security, Medicare, COLA, and other important issues such as Trade Agreements.
Endoresments include : President of the United States, Hillary Clinton; U.S. Senator NY State, Charles Schumer; U.S. Congress NY State, Mike Derrick; NY State Senate, Joe Griffo; N.Y.
