To the Editor:

It is with pleasure that we write this letter of support of the candidacy of Robert Santamoor for St. Lawrence County Treasurer.

Robert has an outstanding background in financial matters and has used his skills in many positions during his time in the workforce. His educational credentials, which are many, speak for themselves. He holds a master of business administration along with a bachelor of science in business administration. He has eight years experience in St. Lawrence County government, 4 ½ years as deputy county treasurer. He knows and understands the issues confronting our county’s fiscal situation.

We have come to know Robert and his family quite well. He is not only a neighbor, but a person we’ve come to call our friend. Robert is dedicated and mindful of the duties required of a county treasurer. He has gone the extra mile to voice his candidacy and has listened to the public in every community. He is keenly aware of what the taxpayers want and expect in a county treasurer.

Robert and his wife are local people who grew-up in Canton. He is involved in his community and serves on many oversight boards, one of them being the SeaComm Federal Credit Union.

The Republican Primary is fast approaching. Often, November elections are determined by the voter turn-out during the primary races of either party. We urge you to support Robert Santamoor for county treasurer on Primary Day, September 13.

You can contact Robert directly at rsantamoor@yahoo.com .
