To the Editor:
The St. Lawrence County Arts would like to thank all the community members who visited artists’ studios as part of the 26th annual Artists’ Studio Tour in St. Lawrence County earlier this month during Veterans’ Day weekend. The 27th annual tour will take place Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 8 and 9, 2014.
SLC Arts would also like to thank TAUNY in Canton, which hosted the new Artist Reception for artists to socialize together and with community members; North Country Public Radio (NCPR) for being the media sponsor; the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) which provides annual grant funding to SLC Arts, as well as the local business sponsors.
If you missed this year’s tour, please contact the participating artists directly about making an appointment to meet them and see their work. For artists’ contact information, visit www.slcartscouncil.org > Local Art > Studio Tour or contact SLC Arts directly at 265-6860, arts@slcartscouncil.org.
