To the Editor:
In response to “Schools Should Consider County-Wide Governance,” maybe the thoughts of Assemblywoman Addie Russell and Larry Casey concerning the Canton-Potsdam School merger should be given some consideration.
For some reason. common sense tells me that the negatives outweigh the positives if this merger passes.
It may give a short-term relief on some of the fiscal issues which appear the number one issue but the long term effect may not be what either community will be happy with down the road.
