PTSD in veterans needs better treatment, says Chase Mills man

To the Editor:

Wow! A brand new, efficient, well staffed VA clinic in Massena.

But the sad thing is that the number one health issue facing vets will most likely get mistreated. And, what is worse is that the VA’s refusal to explore a proven, low cost, safe, treatment is allowing our enemies to kill 18 vets every day right here in this country!

I’m talking about PTSD. PTSD caused by the actions of our enemies. Possibly the most effective weapon in our enemies arsenal. Why? Because of the horrendous cost it inflects on U.S., not just money, resources, lost production, etc. But the type of cost that they seem to love the best: suffering, suffering that goes on and on, for both the soldier and those close to him

Every day 18 vets commit suicide because of improperly treated PTSD. PTSD that can be cured. Cured by using a simple, safe, clinically proven treatment method that our vets can be taught to use themselves!

The treatment technique is the emotional freedom technique.

I spent most of my professional life working with trauma survivors. I cured trauma/ PTSD using emotional freedom technique, so I know it works!

All the emotional freedom technique training is available free with no string attached at www.emofree.com/. The gold standard is the training that those of us whom use it professionally took.

The following quote is from The Association for Meridian & Energy Therapies (AMT) web site

“Since 1998, The Association for Meridian & Energy Therapies (AMT) has committed itself to the study of Modern Energy Works. Today, following the publication of ground-breaking results from a U.S study into Emotional Freedom Techniques and PTSD, the Association is urging everyone suffering from a psychological disorder to step forward and accept the help they deserve.”

“The study, conducted by the Foundation for Epigenetic Medicine in Santa Rosa, split fifty nine Military Veterans suffering from PTSD into two groups. One received the latest EFT or ‘tapping’ therapy, with the other signing Veterans up for standard care. The study’s astonishing conclusion found that 90% of those receiving EFT treatment quickly fell out of the official clinical criteria for PTSD, compared to just 4% of those receiving standard treatment.”

“In short, the official report published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease confirmed that EFT is an effective treatment for persons suffering from PTSD and related psychological disorders.”

If you or someone you know is a Vet, who suffers from PTSD, please read Tom’s article.

If you are connected with the new VA clinic in Massena, read his article. It is time we stopped letting our enemies win this war. It is time the VA stopped aiding and abetting our enemies.
