To the Editor:

The Friends of the Norwood Public Library recently completed our very successful raffle fundraiser. We appreciate all of the support that we received from the community.

The winner was Norwood resident Jeanette Gravelle.

We would like to offer a special thanks to: Carolyn Halford of the Ashley House, who donated our prize Elf, Lucky, and hosted him and his bag of lottery tickets at the store, Perry’s Market, who gave us space to sell tickets, and North Country This Week, who helped us promote the event.

Thanks to all who participated in the raffle, and who came to our Holiday Book and Bake sale on Dec 3.

All of the profits directly benefit the library, and community programs that they offer.
