To the Editor:
Nice to see the politicians in Massena today, but they ruined the parade by their presence!
I didn't know they knew the way here or who we are. Did they see the highest unemployment in New York State and the nation, where GM plant once was, shuttered Alcoa East, all but abandoned mall or plaza there?
Did they promise to help or were they asking for votes? Praising labor?
I like the way Williston, Vt. does it, the only politician that can be in the parade is the governor.
