To the Editor:
I would like to express my appreciation to Adirondack Physical and Occupational Therapy for the outstanding care they provided during a recent issue with my neck / shoulder.
The entire staff at APOT exhibited true concern for my rehabilitation. They were an advocate for me countless times with my physician and insurance company.
The physical therapist was without doubt, the central figure in the successful evaluation of my condition and provided guidance, support and an individualized treatment plan.
The continuity of care was excellent, I met with the same staff on each visit, they did not have to look back at a chart to determine why I was there, or what the treatment plan was. APOT has gotten my life back on track, and I am grateful for their efforts.
