To the Editor:
Your readers have been seeing an announcement for “Special Needs Bible Study” for the last year or so.
We just want to encourage this population to come and enjoy the time with people of similar needs.
It has been our personal experience that some, not all, but some of the churches in this area feel that there is no need for such a ministry or study.
They say "no need for sure a thing!" We are glad that is their opinion and it is certainly not ours.
Anyway, please if you or a family member have been laugh at or turned away from any kind of religious gathering please give us a call to see how we could assist you.
The next Special Needs Bible study is Sunday, Aug. 16, from 3 until 5 p.m. at 306 South Canton Road in Potsdam.
