To the Editor;
The Parishville Amvets Ladies Auxiliary 265 would like to thank the walkers who participated in our 5-mile Walk-A-Thon on Sept. 17.
We appreciate their continued support and the many people who sponsored them, as well as the people that donated to us that day to help with our event to benefit Hospice, Potsdam Animal Shelter and Paws with a Cause.
We would like to thank all of the businesses who provided gift certificates and prizes to make this a special day for a walkers.
In addition, we would like to thank the Parishville Amvets for helping us purchase t-shirts for walkers and Jeff James for his prompt and courteous service.
Also the service of the state police for the safety of our walkers that day.
