To the Editor:
Norfolk Wesleyan church would like to thank those who took part in our annual Trunk-or-Treat at the Norfolk Fire Hall.
We had cars join us from the Methodist Church and from Trinity Catholic, as well as vehicles from the fire department, the state troopers, and the local rescue squad.
A special thank you to the Norfolk Fire Department for opening up the fire truck bays so that we could give out hot and cold beverages and cookies to all ages.
We were thrilled to help fill the bags of over 320 trick-or-treaters. We look forward to doing this again next year, and maybe we will have over 350 kids to treat with candy and other goodies.
