It has been five years since the untimely passing of my father Dr. James B. Sullivan, and three years since the last time that I have practiced optometry in Northern New York.
I realize that time has changes many things. However, the reason that I am writing this open Letter to the Editor is that I would like to determine if there is any viable interest at all in reopening the optometric practice at 59 Elm St. in Potsdam.
I would greatly appreciate the community’s feedback on this matter.
