To the Editor:
Enough talk, meetings, ads, hearings, presentations, proposals and projections on the industrial windmills!
It is time to put Democracy to work. We live in a Democracy.
So let’s vote. Set a date and the residents who live in Hopkinton decide whether our landscape is covered with windmills.
It should not be decided by Cuomo, the St. Lawrence County Planning Board, the few people on the boards or an outside corporation.
The majority of the people who have to live among these windmills should decide. That is America, that’s Democracy. And that is what’s fair and right for the people who live there.
