To the Editor:
In a political season were we have been assaulted with insults, the “insulter-in-chief” wants to be Commander In Chief.
His insults to groups and individuals across a wide spectrum of American society has reached lows unimaginable and untenable for a president.
While many of the targets of this person’s vitriol can defend themselves, there is one group that can’t - the developmentally disabled.
When he mocks them with his miming their characteristics he has gone too far. As an advocate and parent of a developmentally disabled son I am calling Donald Trump a coward. He can never be America’s Commander-In-Chief. It behooves me that he gets any support at all.
Yes, looks at all aspects of all candidates in this election, but at the top of the list should be this question. Do you or I want that candidate to represent America the Beautiful? Donald Trump doesn’t pass that test.
