To the Editor:
I have lived in the town of Canton for 25 years and have known Mary Ann Ashley for almost 20 of those years. She is a woman of integrity & wisdom and has a giving nature about her. She is always serving others and encouraging ways in which we can get out there to help each other.
It shows in her service as the former mayor of Canton, village trustee and school board member and countless other volunteer activities she is involved in that many are not aware of.
I know she inspires me and is always doing her best. So, it is with enthusiasm that I encourage my fellow community members to go to the polls on Tuesday, November 7, and vote for Mary Ann Ashley for Canton town supervisor.
