I just returned from visiting my sister in Norfolk and I must say I was extremely happy with the new air service from Baltimore.
It took just two hours as compared to the four and most times longer, plus having to change planes in Albany. Seats are comfortable with more legroom plus snacks.
Where do you get that anymore?
The low price really surprised me. I saved close to $400, which was normal flying into Albany then to Massena. Kudos to Massena councilmen who voted for them.
There was even a fellow from around Montreal on board. I hope more people take advantage of this great service. I know I will be taken more frequent trips north.
Not to forget the personnel, they were all very cordial.
