To the Editor:

I just want to say how excited I was to see all the enthusiastic support shown for D.A. candidate Jim Monroe at the homecoming parade in Waddington.

He certainly is the right person to straighten out the current mess in the district attorney’s office, having eight years experience as an assistant D.A. under both Republican and Democratic D.A.s.

Furthermore, as a lifetime resident of St. Lawrence County, he knows what our county needs in terms of justice and public safety.

I hope the people continue to show their enthusiastic support for him in November.
