To the Editor:

"No nation in history has survived that legitimized sodomy and gross sexual excess. No nation has survived whose leaders plundered future generations to ensure their continuance in power. No nation can survive that cannibalizes its unborn for its own convenience. No nation can survive that refuses to pass on it's history, traditions, and moral standards to it's youth."

Memorial Day is not a floating day with pay, for barbecues, drinking, lusting, or celebrating.

"Uncommon valor was a common virtue", uncommon bravery was a common responsibility. Those of "U.S." who died in/from combat deserve a special place in our hearts. They knew that with freedom comes responsibility.

Freedom does not mean do whatever you want, when ever you want. It's the ability to purse our desires with out infringing upon others.

Memorial Day is a day for reflection and remembrance, a validation of purpose for those who sacrificed, fighting for something greater then themselves.

Tradition says Memorial Day is May 30, regardless of the day of the week.
