To the Editor:

I just recently had to have a service call on my washing machine due to a problem with it running incorrectly.

After getting nowhere with the company that manufactured my washer during a “live chat” session online, I called a local company that has always given me great service in the past with other appliances.

This company is Murphy’s Appliance Repair in Madrid. They came out when they said they would, and within 10 minutes time found out what the problem was and got the part on order for me that I needed. They explained to me what exactly the problem was so I could understand what it was, and took the time to answer any questions that I had.

This company is great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service. They are tops on my list.
