Mary Lou Rupp for St. Lawrence County Clerk! She has experience in the DMV Office, as Deputy County Clerk and as Acting County Clerk.
To gain a job in the DMV Office you have to score in the top 3 on a Civil Service Test. Mary Lou scored the top. When a new deputy clerk was needed, Mary Lou was the obvious choice because of her qualifications: ‘top of the list’ was her proven work ethic and the hands on help that she could provide the DMV Office when they needed the extra help to process the downstate business in a timely manner.
The downstate dealers liked the quick, efficient work done here in our great St. Lawrence County. Patty Richie initiated this working relationship with downstate dealers. Mary Lou helped process these registrations that provide much needed revenue for our county.
It has brought in millions of dollars. Mary Lou will continue to build the downstate dealer business. Please vote for the most qualified person, Mary Lou Rupp, for St. Lawrence County Clerk. Thank you.
