To the Editor:

I among lots of folks have been enjoying the Left Stream Media’s continuing attacks on the Tea Party groups around the country. If I remember correctly the LSM started with calling us “racists.” When it became clear that only the intellect challenged were impressed, the call went out for another attack word or phrase.

The LSM could have chosen to debate the Tea Party. But, of course, it’s impossible to debate the truth without the real agenda of Left Wing politics showing through their anti-Liberty arguments. Better to continue the name calling.

And it does make sense to them. People who understand what is going on are not going to support the anti-Liberty agenda anyway.

People who do support the anti-Liberty agenda are going to think that name-calling and bad-mouthing are reasoned political debate and the Tea Party lost. So the bad-mouthing continues.

Some of the beauties that have emerged are funny! “Hostage Takers” is a hilarious example. Even funnier is the way one LSM hero will use a new piece of trash talk and pretty soon they are all using it. I heard one person say that the LSM folks are like birds. If one lands they all land. If one takes off, they all take off. If one chirps, they all chirp. If one...well...I won’t go there.

Lately the trash talk word was “terrorists.” I heard it said that the proof that we ain’t terrorists is that Bill Ayers and his buddies are not interested in palling around with us and seeking our terrifying advice.

A short time ago, a famous Senator said that the LSM should dump its responsibility to the First Amendment and just ignore the Tea Party. I haven’t heard yet if the rest of the birds are chirping: “Ignore the Tea Party. Ignore the Tea Party.Squawk. Ignore the Tea Party. “By the time you read this, we’ll both know.

Hey, LSM. Keep up the funny work. It gives an old buzzard like me something to look forward to each day.
