To the Editor:
I hope that new restaurants in the area will reflect food for the area and not just “fru fru” foods.
I think that if the menu is too high end new restaurants will fail because of where they are located and the type of menu.
I have been in the food service business for the biggest part of my life, and I do know what people are looking for, and it isn’t fancy food with the “less is more” structure. There aren’t many in this area that want a scrap of food on a plate and will pay dearly for it.
This is my opinion wanted or not, but if you have decent food at decent prices you could make a go of it and be a nice addition to the area.
