Global warming is just a tax scam

As I sit here shivering, watching the snow piling up, the temps going down and listening to the furnace roaring, I must admit that I do appreciate the comic relief provided by the “Global-Warming-Is-Man-Made” crowd. They are truly hilarious.

Anyone who has made it through third grade science knows that climate is driven mostly by solar activity plus a bit of earth axis wobble and not by granny’s SUV. “Warmist” science tells us that if we raise the tax on gasoline high enough, the sun will cool down. So far it hasn’t worked in spite of the AGW mullah’s predictions and assurances.

However, such lights as are found in the present administration keep pushing the hoax in hopes of getting enough people to turn their backs on real science and push politicians’ plans for grabbing more of your earnings through carbon taxes. The old adage “follow the money” again provides the explanation for this particular scam.

If the “warmists” can get enough people to believe in the scam, they are golden and you are sunk. Belief trumps fact is the rule they depend on here.

One might wonder how anyone can believe such tripe as human activity causes global warming. Well, we have many examples of people who believe that if they crash airplanes into buildings and kill thousands of non-believers of another sort, they’ll meet 72 virgins in glory land. Destructive belief is a simple thing to cultivate in credulous people if the cultivators have no scruples.

How long will it be before the followers of real science are killed as non-believers by the AGW mullahs? Some of the “warmists” language doesn’t sound very friendly right now. “Believe us or else!”
