Several people recently volunteered their time and energy to plant flowers in downtown Potsdam.
It was a beautiful day and a wonderful show of community spirit.
Many thanks to those who contributed including Janet Learned for her expertise, Terry and Daryl from Agway for all of their help and for providing the mulch, Terry Reed and Dave Trithart for mulching the beds, and the gardeners: Rose Rivezzi, Teresa Corbin, Jodi and Mike Loconti, Fred and Lisa Hanss, Mary Beth LaRock, Kathleen Fitzgerald, Emily Brouwer, Liz Bollt, Carol and Katy Halliday, Linda Vangellow, Anne Burnham, Mary Cantline, Janet Learned, Shelley Kolanko and Bobbi Jo Sabber and sweepers Keith Bollt, Emily Kolanko and Kate Wellings.
Also thank you to the Village and Chamber of Commerce for providing the flowers and soil.
