To the Editor:

The Canton Day Care Center Inc. (CDCC) would like to thank everyone who supported the program during the St. Lawrence County Dairy Princess Weekend.

The children, families, and staff of the Canton Day Center, Inc were proud to participate in the parade. Thanks to LeBerge and Curtis, Inc. for providing the wagon and John Hayes for providing the tractor.

T-shirts are still available for sale: children sizes $10 and adult sizes $15. Contact Nancy Addison if you are interested in supporting the center by purchasing a shirt at 379-1829.

Canton Child Care Center is very appreciative of Theta Pi of Beta Sigma Phi who sponsored the Cake Walk throughout the weekend. The event cost $0.25 per person to play and each winner won a cake. The event raised $596 and all proceeds were donated to Canton Day Care Center, Inc.

Theta Pi of Beta Sigma Phi also sponsored the 50/50 raffle during the festivities to benefit the center. The winner was Ed Penny of Norwood.

CDCC is a not-for-profit, community based childcare program functioning to enhance the development of the whole child in a safe, healthy and positive learning environment.

Proceeds from the weekend events directly benefit the children in the program.

Thank you again for your support.
